Dose is a mushroom supplements start-up with the mission of bringing the magic of psilocybin mushrooms to “the everyman” in capsule form. The goal of this project was to develop an elevated yet approachable brand connecting the product with a more casual, sophisticated psychedelic consumer base; bridging the existing gap between the overtly recreational and spiritual/wellness-dominated areas of the emerging psilocybin marketplace.
The packaging suite was designed to roll out in phases, establishing consistency and brand recognition as access to funding increases and legal constraints decrease over time. This case study demonstrates the packaging of elements through phases I & II; where branded labels and stickers are designed for pre-fabricated packaging; transitioning into the custom die lines and designs for a fully branded packaging suite.
